I’ve had trouble sleeping since I was young, and over the years I got used to getting by on a few broken hours of sleep every night. I considered 5 hours sleep to be a great night for me. Then I met Gavin, and he told me how he could help with NLP. At first I was sceptical because I thought I’d tried everything.¬†Gavin helped me¬†change the way I viewed sleeping, how to change my negative feelings into positive ones. After just one session I have been getting better and longer nights sleep. I am waking up in the mornings feeling more refreshed than I have felt in years.
